Elise’s Philosophy:
Her belief is that the body will respond innately to healing itself if given the proper support and nutrition. She enjoys working with a variety of individuals ranging from athletes seeking to improve performance or those working to attain their optimal weight. She also specializes in working with individuals who suffer from nutritional deficiencies and chronic health issues. Elise will assist patients suffering from cancer to create a healthy nutritional program to support healing after the life altering diagnosis. She also enjoys working with individuals before illness occurs to create an optimal wellness program.
“It is my goal to hold a space for individuals while they move out of their comfort zone and begin embracing the holistic techniques used to return one’s life to balance and health.”
Clients receive a customized program designed specifically with the patient’s needs in mind. Each visit will address sources of dis-ease which includes evaluating the emotional and psychological well being, the various physical and structural or chemical disruptions which cause symptoms of imbalance. Once the appropriate imbalance is identified, the practitioner and client can work together to achieve the desired goals.
